Great - Because it uses SSL and TCP or UDP it is very flexible and you can use it from locations which only let port 443 through as a SSL. It is great for proxying your webtraffic.

Great - OpenVPN simply works. I use it with Linux and Windows and the hardest part is creating your keys and to keep them valid. But then that is not OpenVPN's fault.
