Movica

Movica is a graphical user interface to command-line tools that edit .wmv, .flv, .rm, and .mpg movie files. With it, you can join, split, and rearrange video scenes, and save and play selected scenes without editing the movies. It offers keyboard shortcuts to make the job of editing easier.

Just OK - Does not support many audio or video formats or video containers. Only supports rudimentary actions as described (its a bit too little functionality for most use). Requires .NET. Windows only.
