AssaultCube

AssaultCube is a FREE multiplayer first-person shooter game, based on the CUBE engine.

Taking place in realistic environments, with fast, arcade gameplay, it's addictive and fun!

With efficient bandwidth usage, it's low-latency and can even run over a 56Kbps connection.
It's tiny too, weighing in at a lightweight 40 MB package available for Windows, Mac and Linux.
On the correct settings, it can even run on old hardware (Pentium III and above). Edit description

Great - Fast-paced game with minimal down time. Improvements are being made constantly by the devs who communicate regularly with the relatively tight-knit community.

Great - Fun game. It takes some quick gibs to take out the competition. - Put your trigger happy cap on, and get ready to rush. Or _be_ rushed. - Test the game out, try not to compare it to something and rate/judge it before you play it. - It's deadly fun.
